Cluster Meetings

Cluster Meetings

The membership of Head Start California (HSC) is divided into nine geographic clusters and two program-type cluster: Tribal and Migrant / Seasonal Head Start programs. The cluster representatives elected to the board of directors of the HSC convene cluster meetings throughout the year. You can find a pdf of Cluster map here. The members’ only portion of the website (just log in to get access) provides an interactive map.

These clusters give program leaders an opportunity to form professional networks, share information and resources, and solve common problems. They also serve an important governance function—they provide a forum through which board members can share the governance work of the association with program directors, as well as solicit questions and ideas from the clusters for board consideration.

The cluster representatives on the board are listed on our board of directors page.
